For the most accurate results:

	Allow 10 to 15 minutes (and no more) of uninterrupted time per assessment. Your assessment must be completed in one sitting.
	Go with your gut response. Do not overanalyze or agonize over which answers you should choose
	Be ruthlessly honest and choose the answers that are most true for you, not the answers you think should be most like you or that should be true for you to be good at your job, etc.
	While responding to the DISC assessment, keep your focus on the descriptions that apply to your behavior in the setting or context in which you are taking the assessment.

For example, if you are taking the Sales version of the DISC, choose the answers based on your sales position rather than what is true if you were with family or friends.
